These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with the www.mantraholisticsupport.com website (the “Service”) operated by Mantra Holistic Support/Mantra Menswork. This includes any programs, 1:1 sessions, group sessions, or pre-made products. By purchasing any of these products or booking in for any of my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service.

The term “you” or “client” refers to anyone who uses, visits and/or views the website and uses any of our services. Mantra Holistic Support (“company”, “I”, “we” or “us”) reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions in its sole discretion at any time without notice and by using the website, you accept those amendments. It is your responsibility to periodically check the website for updates.

Your access to and use of the Service is based on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept all legal consequences. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, please do not use the Service.

We are dedicated to respecting the privacy of your personal information. Your acceptance of our Privacy Policy is expressly incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

We will regularly film and/or photograph our events in order to share a true representation of what healthy mature masculinity looks like in order to break the current stigma affecting many men. However we place the integrity of the space above all else and will not capture any emotional vulnerability or expression and use for promotional purposes in order to protect the privacy of our participants and improve their experience (as surveyed). By booking on to our events you agree to be filmed and photographed. We will show images and video, however, we will never publish your specific story, dialogue or content of shares unless expressly granted by you following request.

Services

The company agrees to provide coaching, in partnership (not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximise personal and professional potential. Including, but not expressly; personal, professional, or business goals. In this partnership we will develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals (herein referred to as the “service”). The client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in the service.

All of our gathering events (i.e. "men's circle, wild connection, men's weekend) are strictly NO ALCOHOL spaces. The presence and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited. Failure to adhere to this is a breach of the terms & conditions and provides us the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service as we see fit.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected. We will not be held responsible or liable for any failure for the Purchase to complete, or any resulting loss or damages to you.

Term

The program length is stated on the e-mail agreement or appointment schedule. The client understands that a relationship with the Company does not exist between the Parties after the conclusion of the Program. If the Parties desire to continue their relationship, a separate agreement will be entered into

Termination

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

If the Client decides to terminate this Agreement, no refunds will be issued. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Payment

The total price of the services are stated on the website, book in page, and/or email agreement. The client agrees to honour their commitment to pay the full agreed amount through paying in full or in monthly instalments as per the agreements set out at the booking stage, through [Paypal, credit card, direct debit].

Refunds

We believe in our service and the quality of our products, therefore we encourage you to review the information thoroughly before making a decision to pay. You are responsible for full payment of fees for the entire service, regardless of whether you complete the service or not. To further clarify, no refunds will be issued.

If you book any of our services you have understood these terms and are ready to commit fully, honouring that commitment to invest in yourself. You do so with responsibility, intention and conviction.

Should there be unforeseen/extenuating circumstances that lead to you being unable to fulfil your agreement and complete the service, please contact us to discuss potential refunds. This is reserved for extreme circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that under no circumstances, we and/or our officers, employees, successors, shareholders, joint venture partners or anyone else working with us shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, equitable, special, punitive, exemplary or any other damages resulting from your use of this service including but not limited to all the content, information, products, services presented here.

You expressly agree that your use of the website and/or service is at your sole risk and that you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the personal and any information you provide, the outcome of your actions, personal and business results, and for all other outcomes in connection with the service.

For matters concerning medical, legal or financial decisions, you should consult appropriate
licensed professionals with experience for specific advice tailored to your situation in each of
these disciplines. We make no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature,
express or implied with respect to the Services, and in no event shall we be liable to you for any
indirect, consequential or special damages. Also, to the maximum extent permitted by
applicable law, in no event shall we or anyone affiliated with us be liable for any direct, indirect,
punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including,
without limitation, liability arising out of or in any way connected with or otherwise arising out of
the use of the Services whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.
If you are dissatisfied with any portion of our Services or with any of these terms of use, your
sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using our services immediately. You confirm that
you have either sought independent legal advice regarding this letter’s contents or alternatively,
you have waived the opportunity to do so voluntarily.

Disclaimer

The client understands we are not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, registered dietician, psychotherapist, nutritionist, psychologist, publicist, accountant, financial planner, lawyer, therapist, or other licensed or registered medical professional. We will not act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counselling, or behavioural therapy. The client understands this service will not prescribe or provide health care, medical, or nutrition therapy services; or diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition, or other physical or mental ailments of the human body. Although we strive to provide accurate general information, the information presented here is not a substitute for any kind of professional advice, and you should not rely solely on this information. You as the client should always consult a professional in the medical and health area for your particular needs and circumstances prior to making any medical or health related decisions. For your health related questions, please seek the advice of a licensed physician or any other qualified health care provider immediately.

Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, agents, employees, and other independent contractors from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including legal fees and costs, arising out of or relating to, Client’s participation or action(s) under this Agreement. Client agrees to defend against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, lawsuits, and/or judgments arising out of, or relating to; the Client’s participation under this Agreement, unless expressly stated otherwise by Company, in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and the services therein, including but not limited to; text, files, posts, logos, graphics, materials, services, products, designs, downloads and all other information here (collectively, the “Content”) is owned by us.

You agree not to copy, steal, modify, publish, display, distribute, reproduce, store, post, sell or license any part of the Content in any way to anyone, without our prior written consent. You agree to abide by the copyright, trademark laws and intellectual property rights and shall be solely responsible for any violations of these terms and conditions.

Dispute Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the the UK (“country”), regardless of the conflict of laws principles thereof. The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.
