Service Description

Tucked away in a secluded North Ayrshire location we will take part in an immersive experience for mens-work. The weekend is not a holiday, it is a deeply supportive Men’s weekend designed to liberate and support men to level up in their lives by shedding old patterns and stories that limit their growth. This event will be fully inclusive of meals and camping space; we believe that there is something powerful about sourcing and providing your own shelter for the duration. The weekend will consist of a mix of mens-work, masculine alchemy, ritual confrontation, primal movement, embodiment practices, workshops/theory, ecstatic dance, breathwork, ice baths, sound healing, Vedic meditation, and deep introspective work around vitality, integrity and purpose. Men have gathered in council for thousands of years to share wisdom, strategy, and to listen, connect and support one another to heal. We use this element of council to create a safe, non judgmental environment where you can fully explore yourself and share authentically in order to move through and release any suppressed thoughts and emotions.
